Tour ride Rotterdam
Distances: 70, 110 & 150 km
Start times: 09:30am-10:30am

We have rides going in all directions! All routes start with a lap of honor on the time trial course. The shortest distance stays mainly around Rotterdam. The 110 and the 150-kilometre rides go to Dordrecht, the Oude Maas river and through the Benelux tunnel. The longest distance even passes the Maeslantkering in the Nieuwe Waterweg, through the Westland district and The Hague. Of course, all rides finish next to the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam.

Do you live near Dordrecht or The Hague? You can also start the tour from there. The time trial course in Rotterdam is included in the route so you will not miss out on that one.

Would you like to festively welcome the participants of the Toerversie Rotterdam and the Ladies Ride? Or do you participate yourself? We expect everyone back at the Fanzone on the Boompjes between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. where there will be a party all afternoon with performances and fun activities.

Ladies Ride
Distances: 25 & 40 km
Start times: 10:45am-11:00am

This bike ride, especially for and with women, is guided by former world and Olympic cycling champion Leontien van Moorsel. This ride is not about performance. Above all, this ride is about fun and enjoyable cycling together! You can join on any type of bike, and naturally, men, boyfriends and sons are also welcome.

Rotterdam Peloton
Time: 11:00am-12:00pm

154 women from Rotterdam have been taking cycling classes since 18 April and will show today what they have learned. They will ride the entire time trial course, as a victory lap after all the hard work of the previous months.

Open Parcours
Time: 12:00pm-2:00pm

Don’t miss this special event! Especially for this occasion, the race course through the city centre will be made car-free. You can ride the official time trial course just like the pros will.

Accessible for all ages and for anyone on human powered wheels. Very well suited for families. The very young can cycle the finish line alone.

Together with our local cultural partners, we are getting the city, Rotterdam locals and visitors alike ready for a sports and cultural programme. We are working towards a hospitable and lively city in the run-up to and during the start of the Tour de France Femmes.

As a partner of this sporting event, Rotterdam Festivals wants to give visitors to Rotterdam a warm welcome. To watch, take part and enjoy a lively city.

Fanzone

During the Grand Départ of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, the Fan zone will be open on Glitterplein at the foot of the Erasmusbrug. The Fan zone is all about the Tour. There is always something to do for everyone. On Monday and Tuesday you can follow the Tour on a big screen. Children can participate on the Bike Track, there are various workshops to follow (like how to fix your bike) and you can pimp your own bike under the guidance of real artists! Go ride on a virtual course yourself or watch a spectacular bike show. Buy official merchandise or sit in the sun with delicious food and drinks. And meanwhile, cool performances take place on the big stage. In short, do not miss the unique Tour de France atmosphere and come to the Fan zone together.
