School programme

Rotterdam Cycling on Tour is the school project that started in 2021. We visit secondary schools in Rotterdam and the surrounding area and introduce first- and second-graders to cycling and the Tour de France.

Thanks to the school programme, thousands of Rotterdam students have been introduced to cycling in recent months. This project aims to promote sports and physical activity and to excite the city for the arrival of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift 2024 in Rotterdam.

In the coming months, schools in the municipalities that the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift 2024 will pass through will also participate in the school programme.
